Empty package
When the package with my cartridges arrived it turned out to be empty. I made cartridge shop aware immediately and within a day my new cartridges had been sent out. Sheree who dealt with me was excellent.

Printer query
I sent an email requesting clarification about possible problems using compatible toner cartridges in a new Brother printer and received a detailed and very helpful reply within 3 hours from Sheree in the customer service department. A most impressive response. Thank you

I ordered a cartridge on 30th June.I…
I ordered a cartridge on 30th June.I waited the max time quoted but it didn`t arrive by 10th July.I emailed Cartridge world explaining the problem.Their carrier said had been left at my premises but I couldn`t find it I went next door to check it had been delivered to the wrong address.It was not their either.Your service representative Simon Heath arranged to send a replacement by Royal Mail which arrived the following day.Success at last.

Disappointing experience
Ordered colour and black replacement cartridges, thought id try non genuine as they 100% guaranteed they work. Turns out they dont, put the old used ones back in and they work so obviously they arent 100% guaranteed to work. Called customer service, sent some nonsense about bathing them in water, honestly what a joke. Said they'd refund, then when i check the bank, they havent refunded the full amount, presumably expecting the customer to pay for the postage of these totally useless cartridges. Yet another disappointing online experience much to be expected these days. Won't be using again.

Print cartridge problem
I had a problem with an ink cartridge from the Cartridge Shop. It was not clear at first whether the cartridge or the printer was at fault. Sheree discussed the problem carefully and referred me to HP, who were equally deliberate. They eventually sent a new cartridge, which solved the problem, so I was happy. Luckily, I had access to another printer.

Impressive Customer Service
I contacted customer service after having a problem with an ink cartridge. Simon Heath quickly responded with an apology and advised that their full satisfaction guarantee provided for a replacement cartridge or a full refund.

I elected for a replacement cartridge as there was no quibble and the company obviously had great confidence in its products. I was also very impressed by the quick and efficient manner in which my problem was resolved.

Great service
Great service, no nonsense inks at a good price. I was interested to know if they recycled their products so enquired, and Rachel came straight back to me with the relevant info and sending me a bag in which I can return them. It’s good to know they have a responsible environmental outlook.
